When it comes to front of house – we look for staff who are friendly, welcoming and always keen to put our customers at the heart of everything they do without neglecting essential cleaning.
Kitchen assistants must be able to work quickly, but also have high standards and attention to detail.
Being able to work safely with food is essential, and although full training is given, an understanding of the risks of cross-contamination and good hygiene is advantageous.
