Hi, I’m Nic (Nicola)
Nic – The owner of The Gingerbread Tea House.
I first opened the cafe in December 2017.
I had grown tired of prepacked sandwiches and tasteless toasties. I wanted to create an environment that was warm and welcoming, but also offered great, freshly prepared food.
In February 2024 we relocated to a bigger, freshly renovated premises.
We still provide the same great food and service, but in a brighter, more inviting space.
